Your Role Today, Tomorrow and into the Future

Projects vary in size and complexity, but typically last six months to several years. Most of our work is won via bids, but with a strong reputation and a robust pipeline, there is plenty of work ahead. You can plan on working year after year if you choose. You'll find tight-knit teams with many members that return each year.
Our Dozer Fleet Equipment
We maintain a significant fleet of owned and leased equipment including dozers from D6Ns to D11Rs. All are closed cab and we have late model equipment with the latest GPS.
Where You'll Stay
Depending upon the project, we may lease land nearby and create a DeAtleyville -- a place where we will place our utility trailer to provide water and electricity to the crew for parking their campers or setup tents where they will live during their downtime. Some crew members choose to stay in motels/hotels. In some cases where a DeAtleyville location is not available, employees may be supplemented with a lodging allowance (project dependent). A lodging allowance will be provided for the Corvallis project if you do not live within commuting distance. Should you be able to commute, but live more than 30 miles away, a fuel allowance will be provided.
